  • Communication and Promotional Offers: Contact details may be used to inform you about relevant products and special offers. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by emailing [email protected].
  • Call Recording: FlyWT reserves the right to randomly record customer service phone calls for quality assurance, monitoring, and service improvement.
  • Third-Party Advertisements: Some ads on the site are served by third-party ad networks/agencies. These parties may collect online activity data via cookies or web beacons to deliver targeted ads. FlyWT does not control these technologies, and our privacy policy does not cover third-party practices.
  1. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct
  • Personal Responsibility: We wish all our customers enjoyable trips and remind them that customers are ultimately responsible for their actions and any resulting consequences affecting others.
  • Actions Impacting Service: If FlyWT deems that a customer's actions negatively impact its staff, customers, or vendors, the company or vendors reserve the right to cancel travel arrangements and require the customer to leave the accommodation at their own expense.
  1. Travel Documents and Visas
  • Passports and Documents: The customer bears full responsibility for verifying the validity of passports and official documents required for travel outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, keeping in mind that certain countries require a minimum passport validity period.
  • Visas and Permits: Obtaining all necessary entry/transit visas and permits rests solely on the customer, who must contact relevant authorities (embassies/consulates) to verify requirements.
  • Disclaimer on Travel Denial: FlyWT bears no responsibility if a customer is denied entry, barred from travel, or incurs financial losses due to non-compliance with travel requirements.
  • Destination Risks: FlyWT offers no guarantees regarding safety at travel destinations and assumes no liability for damages or losses incurred during travel or stay.
  1. General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage
  1. All air transport bookings and tickets through FlyWT are subject to the carrier airline's conditions of carriage and tariffs, as well as applicable Egyptian laws and international conventions.
  2. International air transport is governed by international conventions applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt, while domestic air transport is governed by Egyptian aviation laws and regulations.
  3. Conditions of carriage include booking rules, ticket issuance, check-in, passenger/baggage transport, modifications, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, and any extra fees or services.
  4. Baggage allowances and fee structures vary by airline, route, travel class, and ticket type. Customers must review their ticket's specific conditions prior to travel.
  5. The customer must verify the accuracy of all booking details, including names, document information, travel dates, flight times, and itineraries, and assumes responsibility for fulfilling travel and visa requirements.
  6. For flights operated by multiple carriers or codeshare agreements, the conditions of the operating and issuing carriers apply in accordance with applicable laws and conventions.
  7. FlyWT acts as an intermediary facilitating air transport bookings and is not the actual carrier. Actual transport remains subject to the carrier airline's terms and responsibilities.
  8. In cases of flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or schedule changes, passenger rights and rebooking/refund procedures are governed by the operating airline's policies and mandatory laws.
  9. Nothing in these conditions prejudices mandatory passenger rights under Egyptian laws or binding international conventions.
  1. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
  • Intermediary Role: FlyWT acts solely as a technical intermediary between the customer and service providers. Data changes and policies remain governed primarily by vendor terms; customers may not claim compensation from FlyWT as an intermediary.
  • Vendor Negligence: The company assumes no liability for damages or losses resulting from vendor acts or omissions. The customer acknowledges that service-related claims must be directed to the responsible vendor.
  • Cessation of Business: In the event FlyWT terminates operations or ceases business for any reason, all customer bookings will be refunded or fulfilled directly through the customers.
  • Technical Warranties and Viruses: FlyWT makes no representations regarding the absolute accuracy or suitability of third-party electronic programs, nor does it guarantee that the website, app, or emails are completely free of viruses or harmful components.

  • Commercial Use Prohibition: Currency data is restricted to personal use only; reselling, distributing, or exploiting exchange rates for commercial/professional purposes is strictly prohibited.
  1. Nature of Legal Relationship
  • Using FlyWT or completing bookings does not create any partnership, employment, exclusive agency, or legal representation between the customer and Wonder Travel, or between FlyWT and vendors. Execution of the service remains the sole responsibility of the relevant provider.
